What's the status of my order?

You should have received an email confirmation when you placed your order and a second email containing a tracking code once your order was shipped. Please use this tracking code to find out the current status of your order.

If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you still haven’t received a tracking email from us then please email us.

How long does delivery take?

Expected Delivery Times
Free standard shipping: 3-5 business days
Express Post: 1-3 business days, most metro areas arrive next business day

All orders are sent with Aussie Post’s Parcel Post or Express Post services. All orders are trackable. PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers are accepted.

My order never arrived. Help me.

How do I go about getting a refund?

We will be more than happy to issue you with a full refund if you haven't had a blast with Beat That! or if you no longer need the copy you purchased. Please email us to arrange the return. We will issue your refund with 7 days of receiving the returned item/s.

I love Beat That! and I want to start selling it in my store. Can I?
